| Biceps Blaster Workout Routine The Biceps Blaster Routine is an advanced routine. Although it consists of only three exercises, this is an extremely intense biceps routine and should only be performed by intermediate to experienced fitness enthusiasts. | • Barbell Biceps Curls (Drop Sets to Failure) * | 10-12 | Failure | ||||

| • Dumbbell Hammer Curls | 3 | 10 | ||||
| * Load a barbell with as much weight as you can handle for at least 10 repetitions using all 5 pound plates. Perform each set to failure. After each set, remove a plate from each side and continue to curl to failure until you get down to just the bar and again curl to failure. The only rest between sets is the amount of time it takes to strip the plates. Your biceps will be on fire after performing this intense set of bicep drop curls. ** Drag curls are a variation of the standard barbell curl. You will use quite a bit less weight for this exercise than with a regular curl. Starting from the bottom position, drag the bar up along your body, ending around your middle chest area. The drag curl will stress different areas of your biceps from a new angle, which you will notice the next day when you experience soreness in new places. |
